John Olive, the senior member of the company, is the founding owner of Bearwood Homes. His many years of experience in all areas of home building is apparent in each project Bearwood Homes undertakes. It is his vision that every home Bearwood Homes builds is as if he were building it for himself - with an eye for detail and individuality.

Dan and Jim Olive bring each home to reality. From the first time a customer meets these brothers, it is apparent that they have finely tuned communication skill s. They know how to interpret what the customer wants in a home to a finite plan of action. Together they take that plan o faction and put it to work. Every day Dan and Jim are involved in every stage of every home Bearwood Homes is building. They are there from the preparation of the site by Olive Brothers Excavating to the final walk-through with the customer.
